Advanced Energy Modelling


Providing a comprehensive and robust set of information, gathering and negotiating tenders, and help with building contracts.


Helping to ensure the build is on time, on budget, and as per the drawings.

A multi-page A4 document detailing the constraints and opportunities of the site and planning context.

An initial design based on your brief and the opportunities of the site; typically presented as a 3D model.

Concept Design


Energy modelling to calculate the predicted energy use, and to assess compliance with energy efficiency targets such Passive House or the AECB Building Standard.

Basic Energy Modelling


We always recommend the 'Full-Plans' route to passing building control to ensure your project is not at risk of non-compliance. 

Building Control Approval


Producing the information necessary for the construction of your project, and to reach a fixed price contract from a contractor. We’ll help you to get good value for your money.


Performing the roles and responsibilities of the Principal Designer for compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations. 

Principal Designer Duties


Certificates of liability to release funding from mortgage providers and banks.
