Our Service
Have a project in mind? Whether it is a new-build, refurbishment, extension, house, studio or anything else, we can help in a variety of ways.

We have a great track record of getting planning permission on even the most challenging of sites. We take a considered approach to every planning application, building up a robust, policy-based submission strategy. We recommend undertaking a rigorous feasibility study at the outset. This helps to mitigate risk and exploit opportunity, be it financial, statutory, or time-based. Ultimately, time spent early on assessing the viability of the project will ensure the project achieves the best outcome possible. See how we can help each step of the way on our Self-Build Map.

The Design Process
For us, design is a shared enjoyable creative process. We believe that the best architecture evolves through strong collaborations, bringing together your aspirations with our skill and knowledge to create a communal vision. We listen, we are professional, and we care about the details. As a result, we design thoughtful, high performance, buildings that work for you as well as the environment.

Sustainability
Sustainability demands work of a high quality and is at the centre of everything we do, informing the way we work from start to finish and beyond. A successful low-impact building is considered from all angles; we understand how decisions made at the outset can affect the potential to create truly high-performance, low-impact buildings. GreenTrace Architect are proud to be a member of The Green Register, regularly taking part in new training and research to build better, more sustainable buildings.
